Welcome to Travel Your Styles. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any services through our agency. These terms and conditions apply to all travel bookings made through us, including tours, transportation, accommodation, and other services provided.

• Travel Your Styles; refers to the travel agency that provides travel-related services.
• Client; refers to the individual or organization booking or purchasing services from Travel Your Styles.
• Services; refers to all travel-related products, including but not limited to tours, excursions, accommodation, and transport services provided by Travel Your Styles.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made via the official website, phone, or email. A booking will only be confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid [xxxx xxx xxxx xx ] days before the departure date. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other
   methods as agreed by Travel Your Styles.
3. Price Changes: Prices quoted are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking has been confirmed, the price is locked unless there is a government-imposed fee or other exceptional circumstances that affect the pricing.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Client Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel a booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
   1. Cancellation
      1. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in date will be charged 25% of the Total Tour Cost.
      2. Cancellation less than 21 days prior to check-in date will be charged 50% of the Total Tour Cost.
      3. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to check-in date will be charged 100% of the Total Tour Cost.
      4. Late arrivals / Early Departures / No-shows – No Refund.
      5. Last Minute Booking Within 07 Days Prior to Arrival – No Refund.
2. Agency Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Travel Your Styles needs to cancel a booking, clients will be informed as soon as possible. If we cancel, you will be entitled to a full refund or an alternative service of equal value.
   
3. Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within [insert number] days of the cancellation notice. Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees from service providers, such as hotels, airlines, etc.

Responsibilities of Clients

1. Travel Documents: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates (if applicable). Travel Your Styles will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect or missing documents.
2. Insurance: Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage.
3. Behaviour and Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of the local culture, laws, and regulations. Travel Your Styles reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is disruptive or violates local laws.

Force Majeure

1. Travel Your Styles will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, clients will be informed, and alternative arrangements will be made when possible.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

1. Travel Your Styles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
2. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, clients should first contact Travel Your Styles to resolve the issue amicably. If the matter cannot be resolved, it will be referred to the relevant Sri Lankan authorities for arbitration or litigation.
